Terms & Conditions

Please read & fully understand

Before you embark on your journey with us, we kindly request that you carefully read and fully understand the following terms and conditions. By booking a tour with Safari Revive, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

Booking Confirmation

A tour booking is considered confirmed once Safari Revive receives the required deposit or full payment, as specified in the booking details.

DEPOSITS

A deposit payment can range from 20 – 30% depending on the time frame of booking, to start of Safari. We shall issue the company’s invoice which shall indicate the amount expected to be paid. Rest payment must always be 4 – 8 weeks prior to commencement of the Safari and must be paid in full. For last minute bookings, Safari Revive Ltd. reserves the right to full payment upfront.

PAYMENTS

The below are the types of payment methods we deem acceptable.

Bank Transfers: Where payments are made via bank transfer, all charges are to be paid by the client.

Credit Card Payments: Please note that in case of any payments made by on credit cards, a surcharge can be added to process the payment (we shall communicate it in writing).

Cash Payments: Take note that all cash payments are accepted in the following currencies, dollars, euros and/or Kenya shillings. Any exchange rates shall be communicated.

CANCELLATION

In case of any cancellation, the supplier (Safari Revive Ltd.) must be immediately notified beforehand. Under this circumstances, the deposit is non-refundable. Note the below: –

  • Cancellation of 90 days and over – deposit forfeit
  • Cancellation of between 90 – 60 days – 50%
  • Cancellation of between 59 – 31 days – 75%
  • Cancellation of between 30 – date of travel – 100% of the full amount

The lead traveler making the booking must be 18 years of age or older and is responsible for ensuring that all participants in the group are aware of and comply with these terms and conditions.

Safari Revive reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative tour dates will be offered.

Travel Insurance

    – We strongly recommend that all participants have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and any unforeseen events during the tour.

    Health and Safety

    – All participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and healthy to undertake the tour’s activities.

    – Please inform Safari Revive of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements that may affect your participation in the tour.

    Travel Documents

    – It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required permits.

    – Safari Revive will not be liable for any consequences resulting from the traveler’s failure to obtain the necessary documents.

    Itinerary and Accommodations

    – Safari Revive reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other factors beyond our control.

    – Accommodation facilities are subject to availability and may be substituted with alternatives of a similar standard when necessary.

    Code of Conduct

    – All participants are expected to respect the local culture, customs, and wildlife during the tour.

    – Any illegal or irresponsible behavior will not be tolerated, and Safari Revive reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct.

    Liability

    – Safari Revive and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during the tour.

    – Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to take necessary precautions to protect them.

    Photography and Media

    – Safari Revive reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

    Force Majeure

    – Safari Revive shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government regulations.

    Dispute Resolution

    – Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Kenya and resolved through negotiation in good faith. If not resolved, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Kenya.
