Day 1 Nairobi

Upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) in Nairobi, your grand Kenyan adventure commences. You will be met by our warm and welcoming team and whisked away to Hemingway’s Hotel. There are some optional activities in Nairobi which include visiting Karen Blixen, Nairobi Museum, Giraffe Centre for lunch or dinner (BBQ), City Tours, and the Masai Village.

Day 2 Lewa Wilderness Trails

After a delicious breakfast at Hemingway’s Hotel, you’ll begin a journey to Wilson Airport. From there, an exhilarating flight takes you to Lewa Airstrip, where you will be greeted by your hosts.

Day 3 Lewa Wilderness Trails

After breakfast, embark on a full-day safari adventure in Ol Pejeta Conservancy. You can also choose to visit Solio Ranch in the evening. Later in the day, return to the camp.

Day 4 Masai Mara Game Reserve

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at Lewa Safari Camp. Afterward, a flight transfer takes you from Lewa Airstrip to Angama Airstrip, located in the heart of Masai Mara National Park. Your home for the next part of your journey is Angama Mara Tented Camp. Prepare for an evening game drive and then return to the camp.

Day 5 Masai Mara Game Reserve

Very early in the morning, before breakfast, embark on a hot air balloon safari. After the balloon safari, return for breakfast and then partake in a full-day safari adventure. After the game drive, get back to the camp for an overnight stay.

Day 6 Amboseli

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at Angama Mara Tented Camp. Afterwards, a flight transfer takes you from Angama Airstrip to Amboseli Airstrip. Your home for the next part of your journey will be Tortilis Camp. Prepare for an evening game drive.

Day 7 Amboseli

After breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive in Amboseli with a packed lunch. Then return to the camp.

Day 8 Diani

After a delightful breakfast, catch a flight from Amboseli Airstrip to Ukunda Airstrip. The afternoon offers a variety of water activities, including kayaking and paddle boarding, perfect for exploring the tranquil ocean at your own pace.

Day 9 Diani

Start your day with a refreshing coastal breakfast at the villa. Today, you have the opportunity to explore the vibrant coastal town of Diani. In the afternoon, learn more about Swahili culture with a visit to the nearby Colobus Conservation Center. Return to The Sands at Nomad for a special Swahili-themed dinner and traditional coastal entertainment.

Day 10 Nairobi

On your last morning in Diani, savor a leisurely breakfast and perhaps indulge in a spa treatment or yoga session at the villa. In the early afternoon, bid farewell to The Sands at Nomad and the Kenyan coast as our team ensures your timely transfer to Ukunda Airstrip for your onward journey to Wilson Airport and then to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
